Recently, our students took an incredible trip to Wild Earth, in New Paltz, NY in the Hudson Valley. Our students had over 4 hours to be completely immersed in the woods of New York. Our staff had the opportunity to spend time together, play games and gain some real insight and perspective on outdoor education. I will let the pictures do the blogging. Wild Earth Selfie. Something has been found! A Wild Earth instructor has the group zoom in on some kind of seed. There were so many beautiful trees. Spending some quiet time in the forest. Sssshhhh! I'm trying to hide over here! Students put their feet in a beautiful stream going through the property. It felt so good to be in the water. Students had an opportunity to get a fire going...without matches! A great big thanks goes out to all the staff members of Wild Earth!
